Nomination of HKRCSS Office Bearers for the Year 2005

Dear Fellow HKRCSS Members,
The year of 2004 is coming to an
end soon. This year is a fruitful year for HKRCSS. We have
organized many activities for our members and their guests.
We hope that you would find some
of these activities interesting and we would try to organize
more activities for you in the coming year.
The annual general meeting for the
year 2004 will be held on 15 January 2005. Please see the

reserve for the tickets. Thanks.
We now invite members to nominate
the office bearers of HKRCSS for the year 2005. The office
bearers are: Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer, and Secretary.
Please send your nomination with a
proposer and a seconder to the nomination committee chairman,
Chester Tai, at chester@hkrcss.org.
The deadline for nomination is 10 January 2005. An election
will be held in AGM to elect the year 2005 office bearers from
the nominated teams.
