On 13 December, The Hong Kong Radio Control Soaring Society held a day trip to Lamma Island. Everyone met outside Central Pier No. 4 at 10:30 a.m. and took the 11:00 a.m. ferry to Yung Shue Wan, with a journey time of about 30 minutes. After arrival, the group had lunch near Yung Shue Wan, enjoyed casual conversation, and recharged. They then walked to Pineapple Restaurant for desserts as a short break in a relaxed atmosphere. After resting, the group continued up to the area near the wind power station for a brief RC glider flying session and technical sharing. Once the flying session ended, the group walked down the hill, enjoyed the scenery along the way, and packed up their gear. Finally, they returned to the pier as scheduled and took the ferry back to Central. The day’s itinerary was well organized, and everyone had a great time.
